Jules Fisher (born November 12, 1937) is a lighting designer and producer. He is credited with lighting designs for more than 200 productions over the course of his 45 year career in Broadway and off-Broadway shows, as well extensive work in film, ballet, opera, television, and rock and roll concert tours. He has been nominated 18 times for Tony Awards (as a lighting designer) and won eight Tony awards for Lighting Design, more than any other lighting designer.

Fisher is a magic enthusiast and a close-up performer, who also produces hand-turned wooden props. In 2010 he received a Special Fellowship from the Academy of Magical Arts.

His entryway into lighting was via magic. He has designed lighting for a number of magic-related shows, including Pippin, Blackstone!, Angels in America (which included an illusion designed by Michael Weber), Haunted Shakespeare (starring Eugene Burger) and Ricky Jay's 52 Assistants, On the Stem and Rogue's Gallery. In 2012, he designed the off-Broadway run of Max Maven's show, Thinking In Person.[1]
