Lawrence Kam (1914-) was a semi-professional club performer specializing in sleight-of-hand and illusions.
Biography
He was a member of the I.B.M. and I.M.C. and contributed effects to Sphinx, Linking Ring, and Diebox [1]
Kam was one of the first to publish the use of the Plunger Principle in use of a Rising Card effect called the "Priceless Card Rise" in the September, 1931 issue of Seven Circles.
He was in attendance at the Hawaii annual conference of Honlulu and mainland magician in 1945.[2]
