Leah Goldston (1872-1955), wife of magician Will Goldston, was an actress and comedienne performing as "Leah Laurie" and "Lee Laurie".

Biography

She began performing magic with her husband as "Devo & Laurie, the Royal Mahatmas" around 1901. They married in 1902. Ser would later also perform by herself as "La Devo". She performed the Expanding Cube in England around 1908.[1]

She had a daughter before marrying Will, Dorothy, who in 1903 was appearing as Miss Dorothy Laurie, Child Artiste, a singer. She also had a son, William, born in 1924, but neither child were fathered by Will.[2]

She outlived Will who died in 1948.
