Lee Noble (1916 - April 30, 2003) was born Edwin Lee Burchell.

Noble started out in the Boston area in his early 1920s performing in nightclubs. Later he was performing up and down the East Coast and as far away as the Midwest.

After serving in U.S. Air Force during World War II, he performed on cruise ships. It was on one of his cruises that he met his future wife, a young singer named Patricia Crowley.

He specialized in Close-Up magic and was known for his "Magic Safari" trick and specially crafted Himber Wallets.

With the decline of nightclubs in the 1960s, Noble moved to Long Island to work as a cameraman for NBC television. Upon his retirement from NBC, he performed at Mostly Magic, a nightclub in Greenwich Village as well as at private and corporate gigs.

Following the death of his wife, Noble moved near Orlando where he worked as a part time salesman in his friend's, Don Arthur, magic shop.

Lee was killed in an automobile accident in Orlando, Florida.
