Lorayne's Poker Deal is written up in his Close-Up Card Magic (1962).

Briefly, the performer demonstrates bottom dealing, showing how the four aces can be dealt to the dealer from the bottom of the deck. Next, the performer offers to demonstrate the much more difficult center deal, as the cards are gathered after the first deal, and the aces are clearly shown to be placed in the center of the deck. However, after dealing a second round of five-hand poker, it appears that mistakes have been made, as some of the aces are not in the dealer's hand. The dealer then shows his hand to be a royal flush in spades.

Harry Lorayne has written up other poker-deal routines in Quantum Leaps, Apocalypse, Personal Collection, etc.
