Maurice Francois Raymond (May 10, 1879 - January 27, 1948) was born Maurice "Morris" Saunders in New York City.

He began performing as a young man in the United States, but achieved success first in England. Raymond was proposed for membership in the S.A.M. by Houdini in 1921.

He toured the world as The Great Raymond.
