New Era Card Tricks was a book written by August Roterberg in Template:Book.

It was written specifically for magicians, unlike books published before him which were written for the public.

New Era Card Tricks contains a number of mechanical card effects and gaffs from F. W. Conradi, introduced the term "Color Change" for the card changes that are explained and also revives the Double Lift slight.

It was possibly an influence or inspiration for S.W. Erdnase when writing Expert at the Card Table as can be seen by some of the similar sleights.
