Oscar Weigle, Jr. was a magic writer, editor and magician.

Weigle was a member of Vernon Lux's International Society of Junior Magicians and contributed to its monthly publication, The Dragon.

He was a lifelong friends with Robert Parrish and John Goodrum.

He served in the army during World War II. From the 1950s until the 1980s, was an editor and writer of children's books for Grosset & Dunlap. He was also a freelance editor for Simon and Schuster and occasionally edited magic books, including Ricky Jay's Learned Pigs and Fireproof Women.
