Ray (1896 - 1965) was semi-professional magician from Los Angeles area, who performed as Amuso.

Biography

Muse was teacher and mentor to Darrell Wilson, Marvyn Roy, Don Stewart, Dr. Neil & Jean Doren, John & Aurelia Pooley (Poo-Lee), and Steve Randolph.[1][2][3] Ray was a National President of the Society of American Magicians, a frequent contributor to Genii and did the Genii index for many years (1944 to 1963).[4]
