Rita Del Gardi (fl. 1930s) was one of the leading female magicians of her time.

She started performing professionally in 1919. [1]

In her act she wore a formal gown without sleeves and did the Vanishing Bird Cage.

She performed at the I.M.C. Convention in June, 1931 and another performance, reported in the March 1933 Sphinx was described as follows: "She opens with a few bars of a Spanish folk song, then plays her violin which immediately changes into a large bouquet of flowers. She follows this with silk and flower productions, one after another. Then a most artistic and clever version of the International trunk mystery, the Nixon Pigeon vanish and the Houdini Needle Trick for a strong finish."

She was later married to Charles Prevette.
