Bob Bergheim (b.1925-d.1994) was a magician, entertainer, pianist and storyteller in Boulder,Colorado.
Biography
With his wife, Wilma, they toured with an illusion act throughout Colorado area as "The Amazing Aladdins"
He graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in music composition, then composed and played the piano music. He could also play the piano upside-down (lying on his back on the piano bench, crossing his hands and reaching over his head for the keyboard.)
During the 1960s, lecturers at the IBM Ring 131 Mile High Magicians club in Denver, which he served as president, to their house for a post-lecture parties.
After selling the family clothing business, he moved to Portland in 1969, and became a professional magician. Sponsored by the Safeway supermarket chain, Bergheim toured the state for several years. He then performed as "Beepo the Magic Clown".
