Stanley Kramien (b. May 9, 1925 in Portland, Oregon) toured North America as "The Great Kramien" for more the 35 years with his full magic shows "Magic Capades", "Magicazam" and "Shazam".

Biography

Kramien started as an assistant to Warren Gram touring the Western states. [1]

He was once described by Francis Marshall as a cross between P. T. Barnum, Flo Ziegfield and John Wayne.[2]

He has been holding an annual convention, the Northwest Magic Jamboree, since 1987. The final one is expected to be held in 2012.[3]
