Effects are by Ganson, Brooke, Ramsay, Vernon, Bennett, Zimmerman, Klause, Slydini, Kaps, Victor and more. Many of the routines were marketed items by Unique Magic Studios in London.

Both volumes were reprinted in 1996 by L&L Publishing.
