The Eagle (then The Sorcerer) was a Edward Konstant's first venture into magazine publication.
It started out being published in Harrison, New Jersey as an 8-1/2 by 11, 4 page typescript issue.
The next month, eight pages of mimeographed, 5-1/2 by 8-1/2, 8 pages, was published from East Meadow, Long Island, and the title of Vol. 1 No. 2 was "The Sorcerer".
It appeared with monthly until issue No. 7/8 (July/ August 1952), which was twelve pages. After a two-month gap, the November (No. 9) issue appeared, followed by the last 3 page issue dated December 1952 (No. 10).[1]
