Gen was an English periodical founded by Harry Stanley that was published over 26 years from his Unique Magic Studios, starting just after World War II.
Starting with 3 mimeographed issues while Stanley was still in the army, it ran, starting in December 1945, for 23 years.[1]
Ganson published material that would later show up in his books including Routined Manipulation, The Art of Close-Up Magic, The Dai Vernon Book of Magic, Inner Secrets of Card Magic and The Magic of Slydini.
