The Magician was published by Walter Werheim and edited by Charles Lankenau of Springfield, Ohio from 1900 to 1902.
From July 1900 to 1901, only seven issues were published.
It started back up as a "New Series" on December, 1901 as Vol. 1, No. 1.
Vol. 1, No. 2 of this New Series appeared on June, 1902 and a final issue, Vol. 1, No. 3, on September 1902.
