Wilbur Kattner (1917 - August 1998), born in Boston, Massachusetts, was a high school science teacher that was active in magic clubs. He was president of the Fort Worth IBM Ring and TAOM (1967). Kattner marketed several magic effects and contributed tricks to magazines.
