Will De Seive (1888 - 1963) was stage name of William H. Wilson, the inventor of the cut and restored paper effect known as Clippo.

Most all of his tricks featured in his performances were of his own invention.

As some point he moved to the United States. He worked as a Safety Director for the U.S. Steel Company, American Bridge Division, the Wilson Sign Company in Ambridge, Pennsylvania and was also a magic dealer. "Wilson's Magigram" was sent out to customers of "Wilson Studio of Magic" in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.

He moved to Florida in retirement, where he eventually passed away.
