Bill Miesel (pronounced like measle), an assistant manager of a supermarket in Erie, Pennsylvania, was an amateur magician, author and publisher.[1]
He contributed to many magazine and published Precursor with his friend Ed Eckle starting in June o f1983.
At the 2002 FFFF, Eckle and Miesel receive plaques for the work they did on Precursor.
