William "Bill" R. Miller was a semi-professional magician and Postal worker.

He often performed for churches, schools, and area meetings and events.

Miller worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Rockport and Richland, Indiana until he retired in 1980.

He became interested in magic in 1936, shortly after he married his wife, Louise.

In 1946, a "William R. Milller" was registered in Society of American Magicians Official List of Professional Magicians as "Alladin".

In 1947, along with 19 other members of the I.B.M., he formed Ring 56 in Evansville, Indiana.

He held I.B.M. number 9774 and was a member of the Order of Merlin. In 1988, the members of Ring 56 bestowed on him the status of "Member Emeritus". [1][2]
