Thomas Alan Waters (1938 - 1998), born in the United States was a professional magician, mentalist and magic author that went by the name T.A. Waters.
Waters wrote several booklets on mentalism which were later assembled in his big book Mind, Myth & Magick (1993).
He was once the librarian at the Magic Castle and was also noted for his Any Card at Any Number routine.
