Frank Shank (fl. 1950s-1970s), at one time a resident magician at Dix & Norb's Magic Inn in Chicago, adopted the stage name of Frank Derrick. He also performed fire eating.
Biography
A member of the Chicago Knights of Sleights, his false shuffle was published by Ed Marlo it the the 1972 book The Shank Shuffle.[1]
It was reported in Frances Ireland's column in the Linking Ring (Feb 1956) that Derrick had moved back to Chicago for business reasons, after a stay in Rochester, New York.
