He started as a restaurant performer doing 3 shows a night and 5 on week-ends, after a 4 1/2 year apprenticeship with Francis Carlyle. He has appeared at the [[Magic Castle]], on Johnny Carson's [[The Tonight Show]], The Toni Tenille Show, and had a character "The Mad Hatter" on The Gong Show, who made hats out of the same piece of newspaper. Roger-Pierre (b.1944) is a professional magician and was chef for the entertainers at the Sahara (Lake Tahoe) in the 1970s.

Biography

Pierre added the hyphen to his name when he joined SAG because their was a French actor registered by his birth name.
