Vearl Cross (1899-1980) performed as "CROSS The Magician" around Toledo, Ohio.[1]
Biography
In the 1940s, his day job was as a precision grinder for the National Supply Company in Toledo.
He started in magic in 1942 and in his spare time he built big illusions. His favorite magic was silk manipulations.[2]
He contributed magic effects to the Linking Ring and Tops.
Some articles list his name as Vearl "E." Cross.
