H. W. Tagrey (1897-1975) was the pen name of German magic dealer H. Walter Sperling.[1]
Biography
He edit and published Das Magisches Echo (1925-27) and authored over 20 magic books in German from 1923 to 1951, usually doing his own illustrations.
Some of his effects were translated to English and published in The Linking Ring and The Sphinx.
