Vincent Dalban (1896-1938) was the stage name of Vincent Moreland Harris, a sleight of hand card magician and mentalist.
Biography
His professional vaudeville work began in 1914.[1]
He was the person that suggested the theme of the Lie Detector to Ted Annemann.
