Charles Ruben (1908-1988) was a part time professional magician specializing in Linking Rings and handcuff escapes.
He was a member of the I.M.C. and I.S.J.M.[1]
In the 1940s, he found a job working for the Federal Government as a fingerprint expert.[2]
