Biography
Judge Brown is the author of Wandcraft: Making and Using a Magic Wand, first released by Theory and Art of Magic Press in October 2020.
His first book, The Coney Island Fakir, a biography of sideshow magician Al Flosso, appeared in 1997. Brown wrote "Henry Slade And His Slates: From Europe To The Fourth Dimension," which appeared in Gibecière 23, Winter 2017, Volume 12, No. 1. This historical work on the Fourth Dimension led to his selection as the Distinguished Lecturer for the 2018 IBM National Convention in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Judge Brown has also created a number of effects, including the Viking "Spirit Trumpet," Collector's Workshop "Telekinetic Chess," "Psy-Colony," "Believe" and "Death at Hand," the latter two effects consisting of monte routines inspired by Martin Lewis's "Sidewalk Shuffle." His effect entitled "MyPhone," a paper smartphone capable of taking a photograph, appeared in Vanish Magazine #57 (April 2019).
