Muscle Pass

Muscle Pass, also known as the Anti-Gravity Coin, is a coin sleight which causes a coin to fly upwards out of your hand. It has a reputation for being difficult to learn and master. Magicians have talked about bruising and hurting their hands when trying to learn this move.
Probably first explained in Principles and Deceptions by Arthur Buckley in 1948, page 48 (Edition Gambler's Book Club, 1973).
Apparently the effect is much older however because Adelaide Herrmann, in the book "", describes her husband Alexander Herrmann performing the move in the 1890s.[1]
