Robert "Bob" Hummer (1906-1981) was an eccentric magician who invented tricks like the Whirling Card.

Biography

He first appeared on the magic scene as a secret assistant for Paul Le Paul, who would call him up as a "volunteer." He invented and performed many stage tricks. He made a living doing magic around Chicago, often by busking in bars, and the Midwest. 6
