Vearl Cross(b. 1913) performed as "CROSS The Magician" in his home town of Toledo, Ohio.[1]
In the 1940s, his day job was as a precision grinder for the National Supply Company in Toledo.
He started in magic in 1942, in his spare time he built big illusions. His favorite magic was silk manipulations.[2]
A few of his contributions can be seen in the Linking Ring and Tops.
