Cortini (1890-1954) was the stage name of Paul Korth, who popularized the Torn and Restored Newspaper.
Biography
Cortini tokens are sought after for the 1930's magic shows at the winter garden in Germany and are listed in Kuethe's guide book.
Known as "The Man With 100,000 Dollars", he was playing at the Scala Theater in Copenhagen,Denmark when he suffered a heart attack while performing on the stage and died in an ambulance while being taken to a hospital.
