Von Arx (1871 - December 7, 1958) as born Charles Albert Nicol was the brother of The Great Nicola who performed as Prof. Von Arx and Chasan. He did not want to commercialize on the stage name of his brother Will.

He died at his home in Monmouth, Illinois.
