Doug Dean (1932-2010) traveled around the country with his big illusion show and later his "Dr. Dean’s Medicine Show".

Biography

Dean graduated from Sexton High, MSU and Illinois College of Optometry. After practicing one year in Peoria, IL, he returned to East Lansing.

He was a charter member of IBM Ring 54, which is now named after him. He was also co-founder of Michigan Magic Day.

Dean battled the increasing restrictions of Parkinson’s disease for the last 16 years of his life.[1]
