Armed Forces Magicians Association (AFMA) was formed by eight military magicians, headed by Harvey Turner, stationed throughout the U.S. and two foreign countries.[1]

They printed a monthly magic bulletin, called At Ease (previously known as the Armed Forces Association Newsletter), edited by Turner.[2]

In 1970, they opened up membership to non-military magicians.

It may have disbanded around 1974 shortly before the end of the Vietnam War.
