"up" to Cards
Card Palms are usually categorized by where the card begins:
| top of the deck | (ex: Erdnase Top Palms) |
| bottom of the deck | (ex: Erdnase Bottom Palms) |
| in the deck | (ex: Diagonal Palm Shift) |
| out of the deck | (ex: Card Back Palm) |
