Color Stunner is a Color Changing Deck routine by Paul Harris (combined with a Triumph effect*) published in The Magic of Paul Harris (1976) and reprint in Art of Astonishment, Vol. 1 (1996).

First published in The Magic of Paul Harris, page 41, written by Jerry Mentzer in 1976.

Funner Color Stunner by David Williamson
Theatrics II by Jamy Ian Swiss contains an original presentation of Color Stunner.
Ballet Stunner by John Guastaferro - adds a visual color change using his Ballet Cut. It also adds a color change of the selection as well. (seen on youtube).
