Biography

While he never performed professionally, Krebs was highly regarded in the magic world and served as president of the Los Angeles/Hollywood chapter of the Society of American Magicians.

He was a very early member of the Academy of Magical Arts and his collection of magic was donated to the Magic Castle.

A major force in the public relations field of Hollywood's heyday, he also was an artist on the "King Kong" film. He worked for a time for the Wrigley family and instituted package tours of Catalina Island.

During WW II, he developed the Hollywood Bond Cavalcade, a train tour through the United States that sold over $1 billion in bonds.[1]
