Cyril Victor Seymour (1895-?) was a semi-professional comedy magician that performed as " Monsieur Voit-Plus", a French Chef.
Biography
"Voit-Plus" is French for "See More" which rhymes with Seymour.
Symour was a contributor to Magazine of Magic. He was the librarian for the Magicians' Club. [1][2]
