Dave Simon (1955-2005), owner of "Simons Studios", performed as "Sparkles" the clown for children's parties and as Santa during Christmas time.

Biography

He started out working as a repair technician technician. Then as a substitute paraprofessional with Mayfair Achievement Program, he taught magic to children. He became one of the first in Toledo to be licensed in 1987 under a city street performing ordinance. [1][2]
