Henry Stone

Henry Stone (fl. 1870s), a rather formidable bewhiskered man, was a magic dealer who did business in New York City at 297 Pearl Street in the 1870's.

Biography

Mr. Stone traded an entire show to Harry Kellar, after his had been lost by shipwreck, in exchange for DeKolta's secret of the Vanishing Birdcage. The letter, containing this statement of Kellar's was reproduced on page 259 of The Sphinx for November, 1945.[1][2][3]
