Howard Westgate

Howard Westgate (b.1921), while a high school student, invented the Westgate Bowl Production in 1939.

Biography

As a teenager, he constructed magical effects in his basement workshop. At his Technical High School, he performed with his friends Donald Allwine and John Peterson as "The Masked Marvels" Each did a 20-minute routine.[1]

He was a prominent member of the Omaha Magical Society. and his tricks appeared in The Sphinx and MUM.
