Independent Magical Performers Society (IMPS) was a magical society for teens in New York by Arnold Belais

It was helped out my many members of the SAM Parent Assembly with hopes that the IMPS would start up everywhere there was a SAM assembly. Over the years, many members graduated from IMPS to the SAM.
It was eventually replace by the Society of Young Magicians.
