Joan Caesar (b. 1946) is a past president and founder of the Canadian Association Of Magicians. She has also server as president of various other magic organizations including International President of the I.B.M. (2008-2009).
Biography
With degrees in agricultural economics and teaching, she performs a children's magic act at libraries, schools, and birthday parties.[1]
