Magic and Spells Quarterly was a publication featuring close-up magic from Kirk Stiles from Hollywood, Florida, who also did the illustrations.

First contributors were Norman Houghton, Ace Gorham, Karl Fulves and Stiles in the eight page issue.

No. 2 featured a card trick by Ed Marlo and a Horace Bennett Coin Trick.

No. 3 contained ten pages from Bruce Cervon, Harry Lorayne, Duke Stern and Stiles.

No. 4, in 1972, was an issue on coin magic with routines from Allen Shaw (via Gerald Kosky), Milt Kort, and Marlo.
