Magicana (1953-2013) was a bi-monthly Magic Periodical from New Zealand started by the Waikato Society of Magicians in the 1950s. Beginning with the first issue of dated January-February 1953, it was was published continuously for 60 years. [1]
The first subscription in 1953 cost ten shillings for six issues.[2]
Escalating costs and diminution of advertising lead to the final issue being produced in June 2013, Volume 60 Number 361 .[3]
