Mark Sicher

Mark Sicher was a regular at Tannen's Magic Camp.

While studying at Connecticut College, he developed an act involving dental apparatus, which won him first place at the 1990 St. Louis I.B.M. convention. He graduated in 1992 with a degree in Philosophy.

Soon after setting forth on a career as a professional magician, he was diagnosed with bone cancer in 1993. During his treatment at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, he produced a benefit for the American Cancer Society's Childhood Cancer Program. He died a week before the event which raised over $100,000.
