Millicent "Millie" Cooper was in an act with Milton Woodward known as "Woodward and Cooper." hey toured the British Isles and Europe, appearing at virtually every major theater.

During their Wonder Bar act, which consisted of producing any drink requested, Cooper made made 16 costume changes.[1]

She attended the Leamington's 28th Annual Banquet in 1976.
