Monday Mystics is a Detroit Michigan informal gathering of hobbyists, amateur and professional magicians.

It was organized 1988 as the "Clare Cummings Roundtable" (Clare Cumming was "Milky the Clown" who performed on local Detroit TV shows in the 1950s.) The group of magicians would meet in dining facilities around the area.

A few years after Clare’s passing in 1994, Ron Bauer kept the gatherings going and bringing Milt Kort (mainly to get him out and about) to the meetings.

The name changed on January 9th, 2006 to the Monday Mystic when the group needed a name to identify the magicians who were doing volunteer performance for the Lake Orion Lions Club and didn't think the "Clare Cummings Roundtable" would make any sense to a non-magician. They entertained the audience with name badges created by Ron Bauer and Sandra Kort.

Chuck Stroud is currently the unofficial organizer.
