Paul Fleming Book Reviews were published in a three volume set.

His purpose, as explained in Preface of Volume 1, was to provide students of conjuring with information that might aid them in choosing the books which would best meet their individual needs. He first tried to describe each book in sufficient detail to give a clear idea of the ground covered, and then to evaluate its probable usefulness by applying his knowledge as a close student of magical literature and as a professional magician.
